Ito Jakuchu Exhibition

If you find yourself in Washington DC in the next few weeks, what better way to celebrate the 100 year anniversary of Japan's arboreal gift to the city than by visiting this exhibition at the National Gallery of Art.

Peonies, chrysanthemums and roses take center stage over 30 silk scrolls on loan from the Imperial House of Tokyo, the first ever complete group display outside of Japan.

On exhibition from March 30-April 29.
